Who loves cheese?
Me! Me! Me!
I so love any food with cheese may it be Parmesan, Mozzarella, Cheddar, cream cheese, "kesong-puti" or those types that I could not even pronounced properly. Cheese gave out the salty, milky and creamy texture in food, more specifically the "umami" taste. In short, it makes your food taste even better.
Since we have a pack of Parmesan cheese at home, I thought of making my own Parmesan chips. This is a super easy snack that is worth your time! It could even replace your favorite junk foods in no-time.
You just need a pack of Chizboy Grated Parmesan Cheese and a non-stick pan.
This is super easy and you can make this with your kids or with your barkada. Heat the pan in medium heat. When it's hot, lower down the fire. Then, get a tablespoon of grated Parmesan and pour in your pan. Make sure you form a circle or oblong shape. Remember to flatten the cheese but not to the point that it scatters on the pan so thinly. Keep in mind how thin a piece of potato chip is, that is what we're aiming.
This is how it will look like once you add more table spoons of cheese on the pan over a low heat.
Wait for about 2-4 minutes until the sides turn light brown. Turn of the heat and let it cool down completely. Remove the chips on the pan and dip it with your favorite dip.
And wolah! You now have your Home-made Parmesan Chips! That's so easy.
I swear just one ingredient make this snack so good. It's so crunchy, yummy and perfect for cheese-lovers like me. It also looks so pretty! Try making these too instead of buying chips. I only spend a hundred and sixty pesos for the pack of grated cheese which can make more than a bowl of Parmesan chips which you can share with the whole family or with the whole gang.
