No-bake Banoffee Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups butter
250g brown sugar
1 can condensed milk
200g crushed graham
6 pieces of banana sliced
2 packs all-purpose cream chilled
Optional:
2 tbsp. cocoa powder / 3-in-1 coffee
What to do:
1. Melt the 1/2 butter in a skillet pan. Then, add sugar and condensed milk until the toffee mixture turns brown. Set aside.
Make sure the toffee is not too thick.
2. In a bowl, combine the remaining butter and crushed graham. Spread evenly, this would serve as the base of the pie.
3. Put the sliced bananas on the base.
4. Drizzle it with the toffee mixture and add the all-purpose cream on top.
5. Sprinkle it with cocoa or coffee powder for added flavor and chill it on the fridge.
After an hour it's ready to serve. Yummy!
