DIY Heatless Curls

This is my own version of Heatless Curls or should I say Heatless and Effortless Curls.

Since this is a hit this summer, I thought that I should also share my own technique. I always have this heatless curls at home, not knowing that a lot of girls are looking for ways to curl their hair without using heat (from blow dryers, curling irons or flat irons).

I have a wavy hair because I used to ponytail my hair most of the time. So, in my case, curling would be effortless. But this technique also worked with my sister's straight hair.

Others used different types of curlers to achieve a natural-looking curly hair but with mine I just used a hair tie or elastic band.

What you should do:
If you want to have the curls at night, you have to do this in the morning. If you want to have curly hair in the morning, you have to do this the night before.

After washing your hair, let it dry for a while. When it's kinda damp, you just have to gather all your hair and make a tight bun. Let it stay for about 4 to 8 hours.

It has to be more than 5 hours for straight hairs. Don't worry it's worth the wait and buns are perfect for summer (it's summer time in the Philippines).

After a few hours, you can now remove the bun and finger comb your hair to relax the curls. And that's it! Natural-looking curls in an effortless and heatless way!

Tip:
If you want to have smaller curls you have to section your hair into tiny buns.

Happy Curling!!
